Investigation
What you don’t know during the property purchase period can come back to haunt you after you have purchased your property. What is under a piece of property can be as important as what is on it. This is especially important when construction is being considered or when there may be contamination of soil or groundwater. The information obtained by a geotechnical investigation can help eliminate uncertainty, limit liability, and ultimately save time and money on construction projects. It is used by a wide variety of professionals such as architects, developers, bankers, civil/structural engineers and contractors
Design
TERRA civil engineering consultants offer comprehensive civil and site design services. We collaborate and form a working partnership with clients so that they are informed throughout the engineering process. Our focus and ultimate goal is to deliver value engineered designs by performing the necessary due diligence and by performing a comprehensive study of alternative options prior to the final design phases of the project. TERRA is a proponent of utilizing the latest cutting edge technologies such as 3D CAD software and when necessary to partner with experts in the industry in order to deliver the expected quality and value engineered option.
