Award of Merit – Tom Barrett
“Tom has worked behind the scenes for many years training our members and board about irrigation and green infrastructure systems, as well as strategic and long-range planning.
In addition, over the past two years, he took on the large task of organizing our Certified Landscape Technician Committee and the first presentation of the great Certified Landscape Technician Test Weekend at the Daniels Turf Center at Purdue University this past September and October.
Tom works tirelessly for our industry by teach, training, and living by example. He generously shows us hot to be creative and take control of our futures.”
